Brother accused of taking family's wealth in final arguments
According to his lawsuit, Shashikant Jogani used loans from his brothers to purchase and rehabilitate hundreds of apartment units on their behalf. Shashi was to get 50% ownership following repayment of the loans and 12% interest, but says one brother breached the handshake deal and tried to take all the family's wealth.




A man accused of breaching a lucrative real estate partnership with his brother potentially worth billions went out of his way to distort the truth, destroy people and took 90% of the family's wealth, attorneys for the plaintiff and cross complainants told jurors on Thursday.
