Attorneys, judge disagree on Indian history reference in brothers’ dispute
Judge Susan Bryant-Deason told defense attorney Rick Richmond not to say anything that would force the jurors “to look up online or in a book or something.” Richmond responded that he thought his reference was common knowledge from high school history.
