Oracle to pay $25M to settle suit by 4,000 women workers

The negotiations occurred during appeal of a San Mateo County judge’s decertification of the class and dismissal of the plaintiffs’ claims.

Oracle Inc. agreed to settle an equal pay class action for $25 million on Tuesday brought by 4,000 women employees who said they were systemically underpaid compared to their male counterparts.
