Golden Gate University sued over decision to end JD program
The ABA has rejected a “teach-out” plan to allow the students to complete their current coursework as the institution winds down operations.
A lawsuit accusing Golden Gate University and President David Fike of unlawful business practices over its decision to stop offering juris doctor degrees is “frivolous”, a spokesperson for the institution said on Friday.
