$4M if fees awarded to attorneys in real estate dispute

Murphy Rosen LLP and Lysaght Law Group LLP represented a real estate investor who said he was tricked by a Canadian developer into listing the Garfield Building in Los Angeles for millions of dollars less than it was worth.

Attorneys with Murphy Rosen LLP and Lysaght Law Group LLP won nearly $4 million in attorney fees on top of a previous $5 million ruling in favor of their client, the deceased owner of the Garfield Building in Los Angeles.
