A statement from Roblox said: "Roblox is committed to providing a positive and safe experience for people of all ages."

Roblox accused again of not protecting children
U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabri is presiding over litigation against Roblox.

Another federal lawsuit accused the online gaming system Roblox Corp. of unlawfully targeting children to boost its bottom line. The San Mateo company is defending at least two other lawsuits in California claiming that there are not enough safeguards in place for minors on its site.
