Suit claims Mattress Firm privacy violation with third-party software

The plaintiff claims that NICE monitors, records, and analyzes communications between consumers and Mattress Firm agents without disclosure, and uses that information to market goods and services to customers.

Mattress Firm is in violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act in connection with third-party software the company uses in its contact centers, a putative class action filed in Los Angeles County Superior claims.
