Trial set for 2026 Apple's iPhone app market antitrust case
U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers warned the parties against filing additional Daubert motions, regarding expert testimony, and asked Apple’s attorney and lead counsel for the consumer class to be prepared for trial in early 2026.




A federal judge in Oakland set for trial on Monday a recently certified antitrust class action against Apple Inc., accused of monopolizing the iPhone app market by banning purchases outside its App Store.
