A Sacramento County judge tentatively dismissed a breach of contract claim brought by a provider of personal protective equipment against the state of California. The case is one of many that grew out of contracts signed during the frantic early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the tentative ruling issued Tuesday, Superior Court Judge Thadd A. Blizzard dismissed Bear Mountain Development Company’s complaint without leave to amend.
