Trade secret theft lawsuit filed against former Probo Medical employees
The complaint alleges the defendants extracted the information towards the end of 2023 before deleting all their business emails and digital files and resigning the medical device company in January.
Lawyers representing medical equipment supplier Probo Medical LLC accused two of its former employees of trade secret theft. They claim they downloaded or deleted proprietary information during the final months of their employment while recruiting colleagues to open a competing business.
