2 Bay Area lawyers say rival law firms used stolen work

The two plaintiff lawyers said they were suing on behalf of the other firms’ former clients, who said their cases were bungled.

Two Bay Area attorneys accused an unlicensed private investigator of operating a sham business, stealing their work product, and giving it to competing law firms, according to a lawsuit filed in San Francisco Superior Court.
