Amici divided over how far Supreme Court should go in Grants Pass

Many of the amicus briefs filed this week in support of Grants Pass also argued that the Supreme Court should reverse a 2018 9th Circuit decision that struck down an anti-camping ordinance in Boise, Idaho.
