Cochran Firm's negligence led to default judgment, suit claims

A cannabis company said an attorney at the firm missed deadlines and failed to pay filing fees.

A Cochran Firm attorney committed multiple errors that led to a nearly $1.2 million default judgment against his cannabis company client, a new lawsuit in Los Angeles claims.
