Epic Games sues Apple over revised App Store guidelines

In his motion, Epic’s attorney said Apple’s new policies nominally permit external links but under a strict set of terms and conditions that make them unusable.

Apple Inc.’s revised App Store guidelines continue to violate California law and the court’s injunctive order prohibiting anti-steering language, video game developer Epic Games Inc. told a federal judge on Wednesday.
