Juniper Networks accused of misleading investors in sale to HPE
The lawsuit alleges that the executives breached their fiduciary duties by authorizing the sale agreement for a price that undervalues the company.
A lawsuit filed this week in Santa Clara County Superior Court accuses the leaders of Juniper Networks Inc. of deceiving investors into supporting the company's proposed $14 billion sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Inc. through a series of proxy statements sent to shareholders ahead of the vote on the sale.
