Fearless has a face: Join us in standing with the Fearless Fund
The Fearless Foundation, a nonprofit that provides funding and resources for women of color entrepreneurs, is facing a lawsuit from the American Alliance for Equal Rights (AAER), a group that opposes affirmative action and racial preferences.

The Fearless Foundation, an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) guided by the vision of providing women of color equal access to the resources they need to succeed in business, stood before a federal court earlier this year arguing for its right to exist. This is a chilling story, and the philanthropy community must be resolute in support for the rights of Fearless Foundation and all nonprofits to freely choose where their dollars will have the greatest impact.
