A lawsuit against Universal Pictures by two men who accused the film studio of engaging in misleading advertising practices in relation to the film "Yesterday" has been dismissed with prejudice, according to court documents.
"Universal did not pay Plaintiffs anything in exchange for the dismissal with prejudice of this Lawsuit," read a stipulation and proposed order filed with the court.
