A Los Angeles County judge on Thursday kept her order forbidding a private investigator from contacting jurors who delivered a $10 billion verdict against his client.
“For me the whole idea of trying to undercut a 12-0, 11-1 jury is sort of unbelievable. But I can understand when there’s a lot at stake,” Judge Susan Bryant-Deason said at the end of a hearing.
