Mike Ringler and Peter Jones have represented major companies and individuals in M&A transactions including Elon Musk's purchase of Twitter.
Two prominent Silicon Valley dealmakers, Mike Ringler and Peter Jones, joined Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as partners, bolstering the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice, it announced Wednesday.
