Disbarred attorney pleads guilty in bitcoin Ponzi scheme
David L. Kagel has a long history of disciplinary issues since he was admitted to the California Bar.
A disbarred California attorney pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit commodity fraud in a Nevada federal court Tuesday. Prosecutors said David L. Kagel defrauded his victims of more than $9.5 million.
