Storage facility owners challenge Metro's acquisition plans

The transit agency is accused of making changes to its Environmental Impact Report in a manner which deprived the public of the opportunity to understand and comment on them.

The owners of a South Gate cold storage facility are challenging the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's potential acquisition of the property for the construction of a new light rail line between Artesia and the Slauson A Line station.
