Orrick settles data breach lawsuit for $8M
The data breach occurred in March 2023 and affected over 600,000 people.
Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP will pay $8 million to resolve claims stemming from a security breach that exposed hundreds of thousands of people's identifiable data after a federal judge granted preliminary approval to the proposed settlement.
