Sutter Health's antitrust victory overturned by 9th Circuit panel
The panel ruled that U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel D. Beeler of San Francisco failed to instruct the jury to determine whether Sutter's policies were motivated by an anticompetitive purpose and incorrectly excluded any evidence before 2006.
