Further sanctions awarded relating to surf brand's abandoned arbitration

Plaintiff's counsel had moved to vacate an arbitration order after noticing Birdwell California's payment to the arbitrator was late.

A Los Angeles trial court judge has imposed additional sanctions against an iconic surf brand for its continued failure to pay plaintiff's fees related to arbitration proceedings that the company compelled and then abandoned.
