A Sacramento County judge scolded attorneys on Monday for failing to work together on tracking cases and serving defendants in a consolidated litigation over hundreds of alleged prison rapes.
The matter includes over 140 separate complaints against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and many more individual defendants. These stem from years of alleged sexual abuse at multiple California women's prisons.
