Judge won't consolidate disciplinary cases against attorney accused of plotting hack of judge

State Bar Judge Yvette D. Roland said that the allegations Michael Libman faced in each action were "very different."

In a hearing on Monday, State Bar Court Judge Yvette D. Roland declined to consolidate proceedings against attorney Michael Libman, who is the subject of two separate State Bar actions. The judge also criticized the conduct of both Libman's counsel and the Office of Chief Trial Counsel (OCTC) during the discovery process.
