Ensuring freedom of access to places of religious worship

Federal, state, and individual remedies are available for interference with religious freedom. The Federal FACE Act grants a right of action to the Attorney General of California, while the California FACE Act provides concurrent state jurisdiction over conduct that is also prohibited by the Federal FACE Act.
