KISS crew member accuses attorneys of attempting to abandon case 'because the work is too hard'

Attorneys William Bloch and Dolores Leal have cited a breakdown in communication in their attempt to be relieved as David Matthews' counsel.

A former road crew member for rock band KISS is fighting a motion by his attorneys to be relieved as his counsel in a civil lawsuit over inadequate COVID-19 safety measures. The opposition filed Wednesday by plaintiff David Mathews accuses attorneys William W. Bloch and Dolores Y. Leal of trying to abandon his case because the work involved was more than anticipated and recovery less than expected.
