Queso Fresco maker alleges cheese conspiracy

Defendants are alleged to have conspired with a competing maker of Mexican cheese products to poach employees who had knowledge of the plaintiffs' recipes.

A Los Angeles-based cheesemaker claims that a former affiliate company stole trade secrets to produce a queso dip to compete with the plaintiff's queso product.
