Realtors update forms following DOJ questions
The revisions reflect changes stemming from a settlement agreement reached with the National Association of Realtors over its listing practices.
The California Association of Realtors announced revisions to its legal forms for real estate agents to use following a formal inquiry by the U.S. Department of Justice.
