Our 9th Circuit finally sees the light
Joshua Kindred, a federal judge in the District of Alaska, resigned in July after being accused of sexual misconduct and harassment. The Ninth Circuit Judicial Council's Order following its investigation and hearing brought to light the principle that sexual misconduct and harassment are impeachable offenses.
