A former partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP has settled his employment dispute with the law firm.
Robert W. Lofton claimed the firm withheld his pay in violation of his employment contract after he underwent emergency surgery. His attorneys filed a notice of settlement with the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday.
