$21M settlement reached for railyard worker
A jury awarded the man $58 million in May over the slip-and-fall.
A Los Angeles County jury awarded more than $58 million in May to a railyard worker who slipped and fell while making electrical repairs at a Palmdale train manufacturing yard. Now, the parties said they had reached a settlement agreement for $21 million.
