North Bay Fires victims reach $4.5M settlement with maintenance company
Under the terms of the settlement agreement, utility maintenance company Osmoe denies claims that it contributed to the start of the Sulphur Fire, one of the 22 North Bay wildfires that broke out October 2017.
An attorney for the Pacific Gas & Electric Company Fire Victims Trust announced on Wednesday it had reached a $4.5 million settlement agreement with Osmoe Utilities Services Inc., a maintenance company implicated in the coordinated proceeding against PG&E for its role in causing the October 2017 North Bay Fires.
