Mother denied right to represent children in race bias suit

A 9th Circuit panel cited a 1997 precedent when affirming the dismissal of the lawsuit against a San Marcos school district. The plaintiff's lawyer said he will seek en banc review.

Can parents represent their own children without counsel in federal court?
