California issues third new set of gasoline regulations through emergency rulemaking
The California Energy Commission’s third emergency rule under SB X1-2 mandates daily reporting for petroleum spot market transactions, requires fuel importers to file a Marine Import Report before docking, and imposes weekly and monthly reports for large storage operators.
