Morrison & Foerster LLP | San Francisco

Mac Cormac, co-chair of Morrison & Foerster's Clean Technology and Renewable Energy Group, is on something of a mission to prove sustainable practices are not just good for the environment, they make financial sense.

Proven clean technologies have made it much easier for companies to access capital markets, she said.

"Mainstream companies want to have returns, but they also want to consider their impact on the environment," she said.

This is especially true in California where companies have financial incentives to reduce their carbon footprint.

Mac Cormac's clients include: Arcadia, Boxer Industries, Change.org, CH4 Biogas, ClimateEarth, Deep Water Desal, Drip Drop, driptech, EDF Renewable Energy, Frontier Renewables, LightSail, MADA Power, OneSun, Planet Labs and Revolution Foods.
