Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP | Burlingame | Personal injury & consumer fraud

The summer of 2013 brought a deadly scene to San Francisco International Airport.

On its final approach, an Asiana Airlines jet carrying more than 300 passengers crashed just short of the runway.

Two Chinese teenage girls died during the incident, and more than 180 people suffered injuries.

Several of those passengers and their families turned to Pitre and his firm to sue the airline. In February and March this year, he successfully negotiated five cases to settlement. The terms are confidential.

Two of Pitre's Asiana Airlines cases are set for trial in 2016 in the Northern District of California.
