As a partner at Girardi Keese, Solomon uses her talents as an advocate to ensure clients voices don't go unheard. "When I was very little my mom instilled in me that there are people who are less fortunate than others and oftentimes it was those less fortunate that were so because they did not have a voice," said Solomon.
Presently, she is representing a class of plaintiffs against multiple defendant makers of transvaginal mesh in multidistrict litigation centered in West Virginia, as well as other cases in different state courts. In a separate matter she represents a class of plaintiffs against the makers of YAZ birth control pills, venued in the complex court of Los Angeles County. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice cases against healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies as well as medical device manufacturers.
