Robert K. Rasmussen, dean of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, was inducted into the American College of Bankruptcy as a Fellow of the College in Washington, D.C. last week. The ceremony took place at the U.S. Supreme Court. “It is a great honor to be a member of the college,” said Rasmussen. “When I look at those who are in the College, especially those here from Southern California, it is clear that these are the leaders of our insolvency community. I very much appreciate being invited to join those whom I have admired for years.” Rasmussen joined USC Law as dean and Carl Mason Franklin chair in law in 2007 after 18 years on the faculty of Vanderbilt University Law School.
