DLA Piper hosted its first free legal clinic at C.K. McClatchy High School on Feb. 16 in Sacramento. The clinic is intended to serve the families of students attending the high school and the surrounding community. Attorneys in DLA Piper’s Sacramento office counseled families on legal issues, including child custody, housing, domestic violence, immigration and juvenile justice. The clinic is part of DLA Piper’s national pro bono project, Advancing Education’s Promise.
