Litigator and Miller Barondess founder and managing partner Miller has handled numerous high-profile cases for Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and a colorful list of entertainers that includes Axl Rose and Sean Connery. Miller is currently conducting an investigation for the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission on improving safety at electric music concerts after the death of a 15-year-old girl during the Coliseum's Electric Daisy Carnival in June. Other current and recent clients include Los Angeles County and its Board of Supervisors in a taxpayer action; Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler in solving a dispute with his band; and the dealership Superior Automotive Group in a dispute with its former lender, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. Miller has also won string of recent court victories for real estate-related clients including Intracorp, Hanover and SunCal Companies.
