Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc., Torrance

After a heavy-hitting litigation career that’s included partnership at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where he managed the New York office’s labor and employment law litigation group and five years as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York, Reynolds now is helping oversee legal affairs for the world’s largest automaker. As group vice president and general counsel for the Legal Services Group of Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc., Reynolds, the son of a Detroit auto plant worker, is responsible for products liability, antitrust and intellectual property matters. As the company’s chief environmental officer, he’s particularly proud of the 242,000-square-foot solar array installed last year at its Ontario distribution center to power operations in an environmentally sustainable way and in the company’s aim to replicate that effort nationwide.
