Since 2006, he has handled more than $3 billion in financing transactions for big media clients, from across-the-board studio slate financing to the independent funding of single pictures, like Marvel Entertainment's hit "Iron Man." Over the past 18 months, the managing partner of the firm's office represented Relativity Media in connection with more than $1 billion in slate financing transactions that will cover 75 percent of Universal Pictures movies through 2011. And in 2007, he helped launch The Film Department, a motion picture financing company founded by Warner Independent President Mark Gill and former Miramax executive vice president Neil Sacker. The company has a slate of five films in production through 2009, including a romantic comedy starring Catherine Zeta-Jones.
