Bleich argued back-to-back cases before the California Supreme Court this year and still found time to run successfully for president of the State Bar Board of Governors. When he takes that post later this month, Bleich says he will direct his efforts toward establishing better relationships with the Legislature to ensure the State Bar is properly funded.
