Nelson became president of the Los Angeles County Bar Association this year, the ninth woman to rise to the post in the organization's 129-year history. As managing partner of Kreindler & Kreindler's Los Angeles office, which she helped establish, Nelson tries cases that run the gamut from defamation to wrongful death.
