
The Loyola Law School, Los Angeles hosted the sixth annual U.S.-China Intellectual Property Summit Oct. 13, providing a forum for exploring IP developments in cross-border video game, artificial intelligence, and patent law issues between the two global economic powers.
The event was co-hosted with UC Berkeley and Renmin University of China, and participants addressed emerging themes in IP litigation and cross-border enforcement, including sessions focused on new media developments and matters impacting U.S.-China trade.
U.S. Circuit Judge Raymond T. Chen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit delivered the summit’s keynote address.
