San Fernando Valley Bar Association installs new officers

The San Fernando Valley Bar Association installed new President Alan E. Kassan Oct. 19 at its Under the Stars Gala in Los Angeles at the Skirball Cultural Center.
New President-Elect Yi Sun Kim, Secretary Barry P. Goldberg, and Treasurer David G. Jones were also sworn in along with newly elected members of the governing board of trustees.
The bar later honored Lawrence N. Kaldor, president of the Valley Community Legal Foundation, with its President's Award, recognizing his years of service to San Fernando Valley's youth, veterans and domestic violence victims.
