LAPA holds annual pro bono fair in San Fernando Valley

The Los Angeles Paralegal Association held its 11th annual LAPA Pro Bono Fair on Oct. 21 for San Fernando Valley residents at National University’s Woodland Hills campus.

Paralegals, students, attorneys and representatives from legal and community service organizations made presentations to the public about their missions. Organizations included Bet Tzedek Legal Services, Public Counsel, CASA of Los Angeles and El Rescate.

After the event, attendees gathered school supplies to donate to needy students in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
