• AB 314 (Mullin) Revises California’s dating service contract law to provide certain alternative requirements for online dating services.

An act to amend Sections 1694, 1694.1, 1694.2, and 1694.3 of the Civil Code, relating to dating service contracts.

• AB 475 (Chau) Extends the authority of the California Department of Technology (CDT) to use a negotiated procurement process for information technology (IT) procurements and makes other technical changes to several code sections pertaining to CDT.

An act to amend Sections 11545 and 11546.2 of, and to repeal Section 11547.5 of, the Government Code, and to amend Section 6611 of the Public Contract Code, relating to state government.

• AB 1022 (Irwin) Requires state agencies to include within their Technology Recovery Plan (TRP) an inventory of all critical infrastructure controls and associated assets.

An act to amend Sections 8592.35, 8592.40, and 8592.45 of the Government Code, relating to technology.
